Following on from the success of the much loved French style Patisserie G, owner/Chef Gwen Lim saw an opportunity to create a completely different offering, in one of Singapore’s best retail havens. Bistro G was created…. traditional bistro style food with a modern Asian twist.

The focus is on excellent quality dishes, our thin crust pizzas and our tantalising sharing snacks are consistently popular as Bistro G has become a firm favourite with the lunch and office crowd as well as families wanting to dine together at weekends.

Gwen began her culinary journey with a Pastry Diploma from Le Cordon Bleu Paris, her passion for food has led to the creation of Patisserie G in 2012. Not only is she a skilled pastry chef, but has a vast experience in managing Michelin Star-awarded concepts in Singapore. Her latest venture, Bistro G is guaranteed to offer up honest, delicious fusion cuisine.⠀
