Gwen began her culinary journey with a Pastry Diploma from Le Cordon Bleu Paris, her passion for food has led to the creation of Patisserie G in 2012. Not only is she a skilled pastry chef, but has a vast experience in managing Michelin Star-awarded concepts in Singapore. Her latest venture, Bistro G is guaranteed to offer up honest, delicious fusion cuisine.⠀
